I’ve been in HR and People Ops for the past ten years and lately as expected all the conversations in HR right now ask “Will AI replace us?” The consensus among most in HR is one I very strongly disagree with. Most thought leaders in HR right now would say “no” because AI can’t do “the human” part. The reason I disagree is because a simple prompt in ChatGPT asking “What do I say to a co-worker who has lost a loved one?” returns answers far and above what a lot of people would say. How many of us haven’t worked with an HR coworker who seemed more responsive boy than human? 😂
There was a point where you were describing HR in the near future.
Super interesting and thought provoking.

Sorry on my phone. Not “responsive boy” 🤦🏼‍♀️ “Robot” 😅
